Currently Dobrich Municipality conducts public procurement procedures for selection of implementers

Dobrich Municipality, as a Beneficiary of the Grant contract No.BG-04-02-03-001-011/ 18.08.2015 currently is conducting all procedures for selection of contractors for the activities of the Project BG04-02-03-001 "Energy efficiency in heating installations of kindergarten №10" Slantchitze "and the Social Services Dobrich".

Beneficiary in the face of Dobrich Municipality has the quality of public procurement contracting authority under Art 7 of the Law on public procurement. The procedure for selection of contractors and spending of the financial grant is required to implement the provisions of the Public Procurement Act.

At the beginning of this year were prepared a schedule for conducting the procedures for public procurement for project activities, which were sent to the Programme operator.

Regarding this, the management expert’s team of the project has prepared procedures for selection of contractors for the following project activities:

Implementation of project investment control;

• Implementation of translation and interpretation project;

• Implementation of financial audit of the project;

• Supervision of works in execution of works of heating installations of kindergarten №10 "Sluntchitze" and the Social Services;

• Implementation of technical control (supervision) of high-risk facilities under the project;

• Construction and installation work of heating in Kindergarten No.10 “Slantchitze”;

• Construction and installation work of heating in the Municipal Social Complex in Dobrich;

• Providing of information and publicity for the project

Each procedure with total amount more than 20 000 BGN have to be sent for verification from the Program operator, according to the Manual for Beneficiary for project management under the Program BG04 “Energy efficiency and renewable energy”.

After the procedures and selection of contractors, the same will be contracted for further implementation.
