Dobrich Municipality leads sustainable energy policy through implementation of the arrangements of the European initiaive Covenant of Mayors. Dobrich Municipality have developed Sustainable Energy Action Plan /SEAP/ and other energy strategies which are published on the Dobrich Municipality website - www.dobrich.bg
